First Aid Kit Servicing

There is a requirement for first aid kits to be serviced in all workplaces, as referred to in Section 3:1, restocking and maintaining kits for first aid in the workplace code of practice.

EFAP Australia provides a first aid kit restocking service based on these requirements. Part of our service also includes the repair of first aid containers, such as softpacks and some plastic containers.

Our onsite service includes:

• First Aid Kits are restocked and checked for expiry dates.
• First Aid Kits are cleaned of rubbish or body fluid stains, such as dry blood.
• EFAP Australia will safely remove old or damaged items and waste.
• New service stickers
• A report will be provided after the service.
• We will give a quick demonstration if workers are unsure how to use a particular item.

Our workshop service includes:

• Pick up and delivery of the first aid kits – Hobart Only
• First Aid Container Repairs – if required
• All kits are cleaned before the service
• First Aid Kits are restocked and checked for expiry dates.
• New content lists, new service stickers
• A condition report on the first aid kits restocked
• Some kits may require a deep clean prior to repairs
