Shipping/Postage

Most orders will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel (registered post) and will require a signature on receipt.  Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel.

We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy & larger parcels delivered within Australia.  All delivery time scales are subject to availability of goods but are usually sent out within 7 days.  We will notify you of any delays via email.

All prices include GST however some first aid items maybe GST free

Returns

All goods returned must be unused, in new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
